Tire Rack's Turanza Test--Missing in Action
Don't get me wrong. Appreciate Tire Rack's support and great products--usually. But the usual "test" and analysis of the OE Turanzas performance is pathetic. It doesn't include any of the usual road or track tests, instead has them on an ice skating rink to show how M+S tires can "stop"
Given all the problems of this tire, all the BMW owners who buy from TR, and their usually unbiased, complete tests, it is puzzling that no such test or blunt critique exists for this tire. A lot of people will just go and replace their OE tire with this. Shouldn't you run your usual thorough tests on this tire? |

Isn't the turanza already the OEM tire on 2006-2007 BMWs?
That's what I got. I now have conti's, after two sets of turanzas were replaced under warranty. That being said, supposedly the compound changed...
