I know you're looking for an e90, but I have an 11' e92 335i xdrive with ~23k miles on it and i baby it. I'm not sure what you're looking to spend, but i'm looking to get $33k for it. Factory warranty is good until 5/15. PM me if you'd like more details/pics

Patience is key and be willing to travel. It took me 5months to find my LCI n54 e90 in a 6spd.

Yeah it's infuriating. I had one that missed by 5 hours...kills me. Eventually some rich fool will give up his weekend garage queen...

All is well. Just got a 2009 xdrive 6spd under 40k miles for under $25 grand. Its a good day.
