Up for sale or for Lease-takeover is my 2012 BMW 335is Coupe:

- Alpine White
- Dual Clutch Transmission
- Premium Package w/ Navigation
- Harmon Kadon Sound System
- Keyless entry and start
- Pretty much every option except the 19" wheels, but see below for optional wheels.
- Approx 19500 miles (will change as this is my DD)
EXTRAS:
- 20% window Tint
- Full LED interior, everything
- Super Bright LED Reverse Lights

Im currently leasing this car, but I think I'm done with these heavy cars for a while, after a G37 IPL coupe, this 335i, and an FR-S I've owned in the past, I really miss the feel and efficiency of a light weight car. Pretty well set on getting a Cayman GTS so this one has got to go. Its a lovely car and awesome daily. But I get board easily.

If you want to take over the Lease:
- Months Remaining: 7 Months ( SHORT LEASE OPPORTUNITY!!)
- Miles Remaining: ~ 10000 ( over 1400 miles per month!!!)
- Total Monthly Payment: $603 (TAX INCLUDED) - Payments are actually lower than this now: Est $580 tax included

Conditions for Lease Takeover:
Sticker price on this car was $60k, There is over $10k down on the lease in order to get the payments this low. Payments of $603 are silly low for a car this expensive. To take over the lease, Buyer is to pay $2500 down payment, plus the $500 Lease transfer fees. The process takes about 3 weeks and is pretty painless.

Condition, car is in excellent condition. Zero accidents, still under warranty, body is excellent as well. No scratches. Interior excellent as well. Non smoker, back seats have only been used few times, no tears in the seats or stains. People still ask me if its a brand new car when they see it. Current tries on the 18" 313 wheels are in need of replacing soon. Probably another 2-3k miles on them tops. I have a full set of OEM 220M 19" wheels from a BMW M3. For an extra $1500, I will install these wheels with proper tires to fit the car.
