WTB: 2007-2009 335XI / XDrive MT W/NAV

I am looking for a 2007-2009 335xi/Xdrive for a stage 3 VTT car.

It has to have Factory Navigation, ZHP Package (Oil Cooler), Fold down seats, Premium/Sport packages included.

It can be a E92 or E90, any color combination will be looked at.

NOT looking to spend over KBB If you see any come available, post them in the thread or PM me.

As of 9/25/14 I have seen all of the cars on AutoTrader and Carsdotcom.

I have a car that is near what you want, but no XDrive and no fold down seats. I'm not certain on the oil cooler, but I think that comes with the 2009 RWD with sport package.
