What do you do with the rubber hose?

My Eisenmann is in the truck and on its way to be delivered today to my house

What do I tell the muffler shop to do with the hose that actuated the flap inside the OEM muffler? Do I just pull it back up into the tailight housing?

Help!!!

I don't know what kind of E90 you have, but assuming that it is a 335, your mufflers will each be seperate from one another, and will connect with supplied clamps. As far as the vac line goes, you can just pull the slack towards the front of the car, and an oem clip that is already there will keep it in place.

BTW, congrats on the new exhaust.

Im hoping to get it on today if I can find a decent shop open on a Saturday. I paid a shit load of money for faster shipping for it to arrive yesterday, but it came so late that everyone was closed already

You might already know but, you have to be sure to have them plug that hose as well.

Correct! I will either do that, or unplug the part in the tail light housing.

Ok, the exhaust is on. I will try to get some pics and vids tomorrow and them somemore once its broken in.

Initial Impression: Too quiet in the cabin. Im hoping one of two things will fix this. First, as it breaks in it should get louder and as it does, that may make it more pronounced as well.

Second, I have the sedan which has the damn resonator. If after break in I still dont think its loud enough, I remove the resonator and replace it with an X-Pipe and see how that goes. Im hopefully though that break in will suffice.
