Talking DINMANN F22 carbon fiber sideskirt lip review and DIY install guide

Just received and installed the first set of 2 series sideskirt lips. Fitment and carbon fiber quality are great! From what I know... these guys are the first ones to release a carbon fiber sideskirt lip for the F22 chassis. They are not a universal flat piece of carbon fiber like most other companies, these are shaped and molded specifically for our cars. Contact the guys at Sales@carbonwerkes.com for all your inquires on the 2 series aero kit.

Received them nicely packaged up in bubble wrap.

First you remove the ///M door sill to gain access to the 5 expanding rivets that secure the sideskirt.

Once you remove all the plastic screws underneath the sideskirt, you'll be able to pull the complete sideskirt off of the vehicle.

Clean up the sideskirt a bit and place the carbon fiber sideskirt lip down for test fitting and marking so you can drill the holes.

Once the nuts and bolts have been installed you are ready to put everything back together.

Final results are great!!!

It was pretty straight forward and easy install. All you need is a couple hand tools including a drill gun. It is just as easy as installing the M performance sideskirt lips.

This is the first carbon fiber production hood from Seibon. It is still growing on me but overall I think it compliments the CF accents really well. I'll be doing a professional photo shoot shortly so I'll make sure to post those up

Install the skirts back onto the vehicle and installation is complete. Took me about 2 1/2 hrs from start to finish.
