Heard great things about EVS motors. My brother went there for xpel service on his hood, front bumper, and mirrors...turned out great. I haven't been to this place personally but plan on taking the M3 when I get it.
http://www.evsmotors.com/ I went to suntint in Stafford for huper optik tint years ago. They did an okay job overall. Some windows were perfect but some had too much lint. |

Please post the shop you choose and how they did. I'll follow your example....still have 6-7 weeks to go.

I recently used Alex at :
Prestige Window Tinting 832-208-4196 Prestigeautotinting.com alexdiaz@prestigeautotinting.com They'll come to your house or office to do the job. He was recommended by a friend and it looks to me like a top notch job. |

Kenny, Executive Tint on Hillcroft did my clear Bra on my M4 and did the window tint on my work car and girlfriends Audi A4. Solid work so far!

If you change your mind, I highly recommend Gary from GMS Tinting. He tinted all of my cars and a few of my friend's cars - super nice guy, reasonable, and very skilled.

Seconded, but I'm the friend he's referring to so I'm not sure if that's a true seconded or just an /agree.

I used Gary as well for my e92. Nice guy, one window had few small bubbles that didn't completely go away and he promptly fixed it a short time later.

Although I don't really like what big spaces remained empty near the orange reflectors from the side of the front bumpers neither on the towing hook plastic that keeps it hidden...these ones don't seem to be perfect for my taste, I need to see some other guys cars before I will go there and make a noise about that... who else has used them and can meet them to compare their job? Thank you. Last edited by CiprianS; 12-14-2014 at 09:03 PM.. |

CiprianS the clear bra isn't hand cut, its cut by a machine using the expel software. The templates are made by a third party software company and the size of the cutouts around the tow hook and the reflectors is not something the tint place can fix or change.

Not entirely accurate - they can cut with templates where they perform a 'wrapped edge' for the Xpel application. My car has this such that there are no Xpel edges on the hood etc. If you are willing to pay they can go further and remove badging and all sorts of extraneous parts on the car if you want the wrapped edge on literally every corner but that gets far too costly imo. Having the hood and side panels etc wrapped is nice and a lot better than on my previous car which had a more std application. I also got the wrapped edges thrown in when dealing back and forth with ECS so even better still!

I can tell you for mine at Executive, too. Full hood, front bumper, front fenders, headlights and mirrors + ceramic tint with 20 and 30 visibility, $1,500. Anyway, I have to go again because the clear bra on the left fender got some sand under it exactly under the M4 badge, I guess they will have to replace the whole clear bra on the fender because water in combination with the sand just made it unusable.
