Do you have the NHTSA inspection report and federal bond release?

I ask because if not, this is a grey market import, which is technically illegal. There are a few black market skylines that were imported and received titles in states that don't require model checks on issuing titles still floating around. However, these can and have been confiscated on a regular basis.

Just a heads up for any potential buyers since this should be disclaimed.

the car has been legit in the states since 2007. if it was illegal and they wanted it, it would of been gone by now.

It appears to be illegal because you don't have a substitute US VIN put there by a DOT Registered Importer who ensured it conforms with all applicable safety standards. And without DOT and EPA releases, it is always at risk. The fact that it hasn't been taken yet doesn't mean it's 100% legit as you claim. It's Florida, where you can register a manatee if you wanted. A title <> legal.
