M Performance Rocker Panel Blades?

What are these? They're listed on page 5 of the Accessories guide. They go for $150 each side. The picture shows both the M Performance Side Skirt Films ($175) and supposedly the blades. I see the black decal, but not sure what or where the blade is?

the blades will be mounted under the side skirts.
just click on my buiilt thread. I have them mounted without the vinyl.
