It will fit without issues. I have seen my friend's using these wheels on F8x Platforms. I am not sure how much to ship. Need a bit time to figure that out + i would like buyer to arrange shipping.

18's don't clear front caliper. Maybe he shaved it? Can you confirm with him? If it fits im interested too

Yes, numerous people have said 18in ARC-8 don't clear the F80 brakes.
