Problem, possibly fuel?

So i installed my new clutch, and got back to driving, the transmission seems fine but anywhere near WOT above 4200 RPMS the car studders a ton, and you can hear back firing, It pops 3 codes, Fuel Mixture Ratio 2 codes, And Faulty Fuel pressure sensor

29F3

the other two codes are beacuse i removed my O2 Sensors.

ALSO i went full catless, and currently just straight pipe (Putting my remus race on soon)

Any thoughts? It really sucks seems that i have almost no power..

Also get misfire on 2 cylinders if i hold WOT while its messing up.
