Problem After Installing a New Battery

So my car died a couple of days ago and I purchased a new battery. I only did this after having it tested and found it to be bad. It was was an OEM battery with the same AH and I registered it.

The problem is: I get the normal buzzing sound of the fuel pump. BUT in addition to this I get a click sound at my door locks and side mirrors. This happens like every 3-5 seconds. It's like the car is searching for something? Maybe a bad sensor? Any thoughts would be appreciated. I will try to link the sound here. Listen for the short fuel pump buzz sound followed by 2 clicks.
