E93 335i quarter mile record?

Anyone know what the fastest time for an E93 335i is? Dragtimes.com I found 12.77 I think with RBs. I've heard of some E93s on here with STs and wondering if they've smashed this time at all?

It all depends on mods. A stock 335i won't get in the 12s. I have jb4 and downpipes and ran a 12.69 on a hot day.

I'm talking specifically about the fastest i.e. world record for the vert, so it wouldn't depend on mods lol.

I think the fastest was like 10.8 or 10.9. It had a ST setup

He's very specifically talking about the E93 convertible, not the fastest E9X in general. You're thinking of the Vishnu car from a few years back. It wasn't an E93...

You've got competition. I'm going for it soon. Looking for low 11s high 10s.

You're the guy with the ST I was asking about before, right?

Haha I think you may get it before me. My build isn't done until March. This will be fun! Lets5push the e93 limits a bit together!

Back to the topic at hand, does anyone know what the actual record is? What's the fastest you've run, fundguy!

Cars at the shop getting the upgrades as we speak. Should be done Tuesday. Final dunk tune and outlets installed in a few weeks. Mine is the hairiest twin out. It's in my sig. Should get about 700+rwhp/rwtq and I set up the chassis for max launch which is where the most time is lost with these cars. I'll drag in a month after getting used to it first. Going to use a good pair of tall slicks. Not aware of any single turbo e93s. Weight is our enemy. Your build looks mid to high 11s. 500-600 hp range. You'll blow the trans with more than 600hp without major mods. Mines a manual and I'm good to 1,000 hp.

On the way next:
F30 front brakes
E92 328i rear brakes
M3 master cylinder
28" tall, 10.5" wide Track slicks on 16" wheels.

The 335i record is 10.82 for a single turbo coupe.
The n54 record is 10.81 for 135i coupe
The e9x record is 10.5 for an M3 supercharged.
There are faster cars but hey blow parts. Jake at Motiv is running over 1200hp on his. Says he thinks he can hit nines but he's tired of breaking and fixing his car. His block and head have been worked heavily. They go at about 1000hp. He's doing my tuning.

I haven't run yet. My car's subrfame is on the shop floor getting turbos installed as we speak. First run will probably be next month. If you want to set the bar before then you're more than welcome. Give me something to shoot for. I doubt it's in the low 11s. There was only one guy I knew who was mid 11s in Texas. He kept breaking rear axles and I think he stopped maybe sold his car. Was a RB stage 2. That was a year ago. I never saw him post a time slip though.

Idk. If it's too difficult I'll just use 17s.

I need to find my old threads. I have told two other guys how to pull this off. With part numbers and everything to keep the parking brake functional.
