Time Attack Question
I was wondering how the red time attack is applied to wheels. Are the wheels made like that or does the wheel shop paint a perfect circle in red after the wheels have been painted black? Is this done by a machine? I just want to be sure that if I buy some wheels with the time attack red stripe that the stripe will be perfect and uniform and all that. How do they do it so it is perfect? Or is it just a sticker?
