tunes and driving modes

Can someone explain to me how the drive modes function if you have a tune, such as a stage 1 or 2?

Is the tune only applicable to one mode, i.e. sport or sport +? Does it effect every mode? Do the modes go away because of the tune?

So it does effect each setting in some way...this is good as I use the Eco mode for my highway driving as I'm pulling great mileage and most in town stuff is in comfort mode.

I only use sport or + on the twisties...

@OpenAir , the piggyback tunes will work on all modes.
So in sport mode, you will feel it much better with the combination of a quick response of the throttle input. In Eco mode, you get more power in low rpm.

My RC Ultimate is definitely felt in all modes, what I did was drove it with the tune for a tank then took it off and immediately felt the difference in all modes was only able to drive it stock for 100 miles lol.

Like everyone else mentioned the piggys will be felt in all modes.
All modes will get slightly more aggressive.
