Destroyed my rear Lca bushings

Well, 3300 street miles, 18 track days, 2300 track miles the rear of my car started to squirm coming off throttle, inspected the rear bushings and there all pretty worse for the wear, the Lca inner and outer bushings are shot.

Anyone know of any Derlin options or cross compatibility?

I'll try to snap some tommorow, but it is hard to see, of course when I pull them out I can take some.

I thought Dinan made some spherical bearing replacements.

Sorry for the delay, been slammed at work. These are rears, so no m3 parts or Dinan kit.

I replaced with some aftermarket ones and also replaced most of the rear suspension with adjustable links with heim joints.

so far rear end feels as good as my 13 911 now.

I replaced part # 3 on the diagram with FCM, ironically they are the cheapest and pretty much just solid rubber, which is what I want.

Part #13,11,17 were replaced with Megan racing parts, with spherical bearings. This removed all the flex in the suspension and is much much improved. When you see how much flex is in those stock pieces you would laugh.

I know many people are talking about the sub frame bushings, however the arms are still soft. The only other rear upgrade I would consider it the diff bushings, maybe next spring or summer. Car is stiff, but not uncomfortable, can handle semi slick tires now and really I would not want much stiffer for a dual use car.

Best way to describe is you def. know where the rear end is, and the traction feel is far better to read.

Forgive me if this is a boob question, but were the parts custom made or something they have in stock?

If it was custom I'm guessing its pricey

Part numbers? That would be helpful for those of us who are looking to do the same thing.

Curious as to why you're tracking an m235i instead of a '13 911

tracked the 991 for a few years, little dull. The modded 2r on proper tires is faster and much more of a handful. Consumables are about a 3rd of the cost.

If you go r comps on a 911, you end up with oil starvation pretty quick, engines are pricey on those.

991 has been retired from the stable, replaced with a f type.

How are the Megan Racing parts holding up?

Also you mention that you replaced the part #3 bushing with "FCM" ... What's FCM?

Good, the outer is now replaced with superpro poly, same part number as f30. Just finished swapping out the rear subframe and diff today to poly, should be. Better in general. Surprised at the amount of compliance in those bushings.

Which m235i convertible parts did you manage to cram on up front, or is that still a research project?
