Replica questions... I know it has been discussed

Guys, I have owned a number of cars and never owned replicas. I have owned some expensive wheels before and bent them over and over. My last car had 3 broken wheels alone and they were not cheap to replace. I am thinking of getting replicas for the first time just because in my experience paying for the expensive wheels gained me no durability, but just cost me more to replace.

What I am looking at is the following:

What I am curious about is:

1. It says it is a painted hyper silver and clear coated. I had a set of Lowenharts that were silver center and had zero problems. I also had a set of wheels that were painted and the clear coat peeled off. Is this Vertini wheel reputable?

2. It is a chrome lip. Can that degrade quickly over time or is this the same as a polished lip?

I appreciate the help as I just want to make a wise decision.

most of the finishes these days are pretty durable. it really matters how often you clean and what type of wheel cleaner you use.

I've seen vertini's wheels and they are pretty good quality. The lip is actually a stainless chrome lip which is good/bad in ways. If you damage that lip, you can not repair or replace it. But it will shine for a very long time unlike chrome which tends to corrode over time........ That's the only thing that bothers me about some of the newer stuff with the stainless chrome lip.
