False TPMS alarm?

My TPMS alerted me the other day saying the air in my left front tire was low. After resetting it, it hasn't went off since. I reset it because everything was OK when I stopped and the alert came on after I got back in - I was just going to another building and my top speed while the alert was on was no more than 30 mph. Is it possible or normal for the alert to be a false alarm? I have some short trips coming up in the next week and a half and I don't want to get stranded.

When it came on I did have some piece of mind since I have the tire warranty.

It's happened to me a few times.... I wouldnt worry about it. It could happen just from it going from cold weather to warm. as long as you checked the pressure and good, than no worries, just reset and be on your way.

You NEED to check your pressure with a gauge before resetting TPMS. A RFT will look fully inflated due to the strong sidewalls. If your tires are reading correct pressure, then the sensors might be bad. But check your pressure manually first!!
