Goodyear Eagle F1 All Season performance on 335i

I will soon take delivery of a 335i. I will probably replace the summer RFT w/ some all seasons. I have the sport package(18"). I need all around performance, and will sometimes drive in snow here in Chicago. I don't want to do the annual winter tire swap since I only drive it a couple of times a week. I want regular tires not RFTs and need all weather performance especially snow and rain...I drive asssertively, not aggressive, not timid either.

I'm thinking about the Goodyear Eagle F1 All Season...Has anyone used these tires?

What about the Pirelli PZero Nero M&S?

The GoodYears are very great all season tires. I will NEVER own Pirrelli.

These have been very popular on the nwe E90/E92. For an all season they have outstanding dry/wet grip and steering response, although snow traction will only be fair. The Nero M+S will do a bit better in snow, but won't quite match the handling of the F1 A/S.

I have Pirelli PZero Nero M&S. Very difficult to balance. Still have a bit of tramlining. I will never buy them again.

I have the Goodyear F1's on my 335 - honestly, they are the best A/S tire I've owned. Performance on dry and wet roads is excellent (for a "compromise" tire). Snow is ok, but much better than I expected.

Honestly, you can't go wrong with the Goodyear's if you want all-round performance.

I have the Goodyears and they are ok in snow(I have e90 w/ sport pkg.). I am in northern NJ and have had some snow this year. Most people feel that the Pirelli's are very bad in the snow. Read the user reviews or better yet read Tire Rack's latest test.

Trying to decide between the Good Year F1 and the Pirelli's Pzero Nero M+S.
Heard good things with both and also bad things.

HELP, WHICH ONE TO GET????

Leaning towards the Pirelli's cuz it's lighter.

Thanks Everyone for your feedback. I'm going to drive it with the sports since it probably won't snow anymore this year, or if it does, I will probably drive my other vehicle. I hear so much more good about the Goodyears. Tirerack rates it higher as well. I'll just put the allseasons on next year.
