I don't know how many offsets the CH's come with, but in any case to be super careful, you'll have to provide the offset of what you have right now in order for us to know what spacer you'll need to use.

10mm is good if you don't want too aggressive of a stance, but if you have an E90, you can afford to run a 15mm and that'll make it look even more aggressive, but still safely within the limits of your fender. Ideally, you could go uber aggressive and do a 20mm spacer as that would fit too. But then you'd definitely want to add the appropriate spacer up front to match the flushness of the rear.
When you said the offset was 35, did you mean both front and rear? If the front offset is 35, you could slip a 5mm spacer up front. Make sure to get some quality hubcentric spacers such as H&R and make sure they come with the extended lug bolts.

You can try the 5mm front. I think you should be ok. The 225 fronts should fit without rubbing. I would be cautious with more than 15mm in the rear. The 20mm might fit because of the 245s in the rear. Yeah, why did you down size the rear tire? Didn't you have a 255/40/17 back there originally. A fat tire makes for a more aggressive look than a spacer pushing out a skinny tire.

I think it's a 10 in stead of a 8.5 but don't know for sure.
Just wanted to ask on what spacers i do have to think about?? I now have the M sport suspension but want H&R. In the back im rolling 285/30/19. There sticking a bit outside the rim for kerb protection. Last edited by jehmarjeh; 02-22-2008 at 04:24 AM.. |
