Offset advice

If I went for 8.5j front and rear wheels fitted with 225/35/19 front and 255/30/19 rear tyres both the ET38 offset would I need apcers to help fill the arches and if so what size? I would like to get close to Et35 front and ET33 rear for my E90.

38-35=3 for the front
38-33=5 for the rear

You might want to search around and find what the OEM offsets are or find a pic of someones car that has your wheels and use what they are running.

The lower the value for the ET the further out the wheel is going to be from the inside of the car.

You can thank me later for saving you from the infamous "search icon"

Cheers

What do you mean by arches? Are you asking about the gap between the wheels/tires and the fender or the offset of the wheels?

If you're looking to fill up that gap, you would need a drop. If you're looking to push the wheels outward, you could go with ET22 for the rear wheels.

+1, if "arches" you mean the gap b/t the tire and wheel well, then spacers won't fit the bill. You'll need a drop. All spacers do is give a wider stance and less of a "tucked in" look, for lack of better wording.

I think arches is fenders.

arches are fenders but what i mean is making the wheels wider so that there is not a gap as I am trying to get a more flush fitting look.
