Helix made/makes Stage 1 turbos for n54.

They still have them on their website for $2800 plus a $750 core charge, although I'm not sure they actually still offer them:

I never got the chance to install them, but a friend who had similar mods and these turbos were pushing about 620HP, dyno'd at a Mustang Dyno in TX he said.

These were rated at 420-450HP on mustang dyno, depending on mods/tuning. NOT 620HP....

The Helix Stage 1 Hybrids are basically stock rebuilt turbo with larger Upgraded Compressor wheel and modified Turbine w/ a 5% Clip, along with new v2 BMW actuator arms/bushings to fix the typical WG rattle issue.

Do you have all the parts necessary for installing these, or is the $1500 just for the used turbos w/manifold?

Just the turbo's with manifold. I stated "with similar mods" pushing 620HP. we both have FBO, METH, TUNE, Upgraded LPFP and Upgraded Differentials. With stock and just those turbo's then yes, you are correct Sir
