Unfortunately, that's pretty much trashed beyond repair - even if you gave it away for free it would cost too much to repair/repaint when you can pick up a new quality rep bumper for between $300 & 400 shipped + the repair would never stand up for very long. I've had bumpers with minor damage that insurance company tried to have repaired 1st before installing a new cover that lasted around 2 months before it broke back out again - & that was thru a quality/nationwide accredited shop
