Front bumper question

Sorry guys, I've asked a couple friends and tried to google it but I couldn't figure out what it was called. Can somebody tell me what the red piece is in the bumper of this car and where I can get my hands on them? Thanks!

Looks like the European grills with the blade painted. There was a post by a seller in the classifieds here http://www.2addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1089905
Note that you may have to modify one of the grills to open it up if both of your grills allow airflow. A dremel should do the trick.

Yep, it looks like the European grills are reversed.
US M235i's are open on the passenger (left) side for the oil cooler.
The euro cars oil cooler must be reversed, thus the venting is switched.

The reason I mentioned it is because our 235 has both grills open for airflow. There was a thread about this sometime back. Not sure what was determined as why some have both open and some don't. I never looked past the first few posts.

On EU models with the blades the passenger side intake is closed.
It`s something like a "hot weather package" with an additional cooler.
