Bulb type reverse light?

Hi,

I have a 2013 F30. I have searched a lot regarding changing to LED's for turn signals and reverse lights. Found much info about turn signals but no clear answer about which bulbs fit the reverse light.

I have found out it is a P21W bulb, but what type? What degrees on the pins?
And how many watts will be enough? 10W LED bulb?
