I've never seen them for sale pre-painted before. They're usualy already primed and ready for paint, but not fully painted. Plus, you'd want them to be color matched at a bodyshop. Your current car's paint has faded since purchased. If you were to buy one that was pre-painted, it'd be matched to factory default and be darker/lighter than your car.
