Sport Line Front Bumper foglight trim removal

I am wondering how the foglight trim/grilles on the f30 sport line are removed. Do they just pull straight out or is there a special technique. Thank you.

If you remove the wheel wells completely from the front, you should see tabs you can press down on and remove the trim.
