Eisenmann exhaust?

Check this exhaust out:
http://ind-distribution.com/ind/bran...rmance-exhaust
I would be getting quad tip if I ordered one... My question is whether it will be able to be fitted to a 228i? I am waiting on m2 aerodynamic kit to come out and the quad exhaust should fit better in that bumper anyway. Anyone have one of these? They look and sound great

Eisenmann have actually released an exhaust specific for the 228i with both options of dual or quad exhaust tips.

I was most likely going to get the eisenmann but it is just too expensive for a backbox so I opted for the 235 M performance..

Yeah that is from the Eisenmann website in Germany.. you can contact any of their worldwide suppliers like IND for a quote as they will be ordering direct from them.. just give them the part#s

B5447.00764 = quad tips 76x4mm
B5447.00902 = dual tips 90x2mm

Awe Tuning is developing one for the 228i. If it is like the one for the 328i,and why wouldn't it be, it will be available in quad tip.

Interesting. I just emailed AWE about the possibility of an axle-back version of that exhaust (not the quad-tip; the regular N20 setup). Looks like a great alternative to the Dinan axle-back, which is a tad pricey for the hardware, IMHO. I want throatier (but with absolutely no drone) and black non-OEM tips; not interested in any possible power gains or losing the OEM resonator or cat.

That's pretty much my thinking. Dinan is conservative in all their products so I'm guessing the exhaust sound will also be less throaty than AWE.I like AWE's 80mm tips over Dinan's 70mm also. 70mm is only about 6mm bigger than stock,hardly noticeable.
