When do you guys take off your winter tires?
I'm curious, as this is the first time I've been in NoVA at this time of the year.
The weather has been coming up nicely, putting down the window while driving and listening to the exhaust note was amazing Discuss

Early/mid December on.
Mid/late March off. Unfortunately, from time to time, we get some snow surprises in March.

I'd probably put summers back on this weekend or next (I know there are flurries in the forecast Friday).

I was thinking of switching over this weekend or the next. The logistics of getting the summer set from storage, washing/waxing the winter set, and returning those to storage is rather time consuming since I live in a condo. Thanksgiving to mid March is what I normally do.

Capital Weather gang are saying we are 'safe' and warmer temps appear here to stay.
Caveat is they like to conveniently hype things and have been wrong a lot.

Anyone planning on swapping out their winter wheels back to summer after this warm week? I'm debating it

Capital Weather Gang said that we're finished with the winter weather, FWIW.

Well I picked up a 1.5t duralast jack from autozone for $100 and got switched back over. Still have to wash/wax the winters before storage.
