I've had some terrible vendor experiences over the last six months which made dealing with Mike such a refreshing change. I sent him an email question about product and he phoned within five minutes, was so responsive to ongoing communication which most providers seem to fall down on. I went from a conversation about a charge pipe on Wednesday morning to having it installed that Friday by five, from Toronto to BC.

Sometimes it seems like quality service, company reputation, and pride in your work are things of the past and it always feels good to find people who still uphold those qualities in what they do.
