What mod is this?

Might be a noob question but I'm trying to figure out what the below mod is? It splits up the front bumper but it's not a lip or anything...

Not a mod per se, although I guess you could make it one, but the blades in the vents are features on these cars outside of North America. Talked about a lot in the forums. Look around to find if anyone has figured out how to add them if you want them.

Be happy not to have these things, you have an oil cooler instead of these plastic parts. I would have preferred the oil cooler on my swiss M235i...

i was looking for one for a long time.. and i do not believe this cause any loss of performance. Thinking about getting one myself.
