P203A code - does that = New DEF tank/system?

My run of nearly 25K SES free miles has come to an end with 75K on the car. The generic code reader indicates P203A. Seems to be related to a sensor in the DEF tank or system. The car has not asked for a DEF fill in nearly 30K miles thus the SCR system certainly cannot be working. I'm surprised it took so long to pop the SES.

Anyone have more details on this Code? I do have an extended warranty but as the SCR system hasn't worked in years, I'm in no hurry to bring it in. Next visit to the dealer will be a big one as I will also get the trans fluid changed, and the battery needs to be replaced (drops below 12 volts in a minute or 2 if car is on but not running where I get a low voltage alert).

P203A is a SCR level sensor fault.

I couldn't get my dealer to change the transmission fluid. He said they were not supposed to change the lifetime fluid.
