I wish NY had those. I had a FL registered car while living in NY for the longest time until some entity ruined it for me

Great deal for us. It really means they don't have the money for tail pipe emission testing for NOX. Funny how California can make it such a priority despite their financial woes.

So it is time to gut the exhaust.

Maryland is the same, no windshield sticker required.

We do it without the sticker on all vehicles in MI. Leads to some real bad cars driving around. I always chuckle seeing those damper-less cars negotiating a straight line on the highway.
