Great deal for us. It really means they don't have the money for tail pipe emission testing for NOX. Funny how California can make it such a priority despite their financial woes.

We do it without the sticker on all vehicles in MI. Leads to some real bad cars driving around. I always chuckle seeing those damper-less cars negotiating a straight line on the highway.
