So I have a thread here http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1220517 that I started but wanted to give an update as to where I am now.

Found a fairly large intercooler leak. Replaced the o rings in the intercooler pipe.
Had Harrison Motorsports in Alpharetta Ga do the CBU cleaning and saw a major improvement not only in throttle response but in mpgs as well.
Also installed the Andrew Rodriguez egr delete kit.

Car made 538wtq and 336whp back at the same Dyno at P&L Motorsports.

Also using the banks power unit ran the 1/4 mile on the Dyno. I know it's not exact, but should give a decent estimate on where the car is. Ran 11.40 @ 133mph.

It won't let me upload the Dyno sheet right now, so I'll have to try again later.

Thanks for everyone who has helped with he build. It's an amazing car!

Btw, on the way home from P&L Motorsports in Chicago this last weekend I got 38.8mpg going 80-90 mph. I'm certain if I would have stayed under 80mph I would have gotten 40mpg or better. Car is an absolute blast to drive!!
