Both heated seats stopped working

My driver and passenger heated seats have just recently stopped working. When I press the button the lights come on and appear normal but neither seat gets warm. I was thinking maybe a fuse but it's odd that neither seat would work. Anyone with insight?

Could be the actual heating module maybe? Leds in the lights are probably wired a little separately...

How old is your battery?

When the battery gets weak the car will turn off nonessential functions like heated seats.

The battery age is unknown. It very well could be going bad, I know it is at least 2 years old. I can test it out this week and get the results.
