[Help Needed] Can I use e90 HiFi Amplifier on an e93?

Hey Folks,

I would greatly appreciate some sagely advice on whether I can use an e9x HIFI amplifier on my 2008 e93 335i?

I've done some research and I believe this is what my vehicle has:
http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/show...diagId=65_1524

Unfortunately I can't find any of the part numbers in the link on eBay.

The only ones I can find on eBay which look similar are these:
First one
Second one
Third one

I noticed that all 3 have the same first 4 digits in the part number which I assume refers to the e9x series. The second and third ones have both identical part numbers.

A little bit of context and background
I sent my 2008 e93 335i went for a full body re-spray sometime in April last year and I believe the rubber seals were not properly fixed during the procedure.

How I found out, is that about 3 weeks ago my speakers started making really loud and sickening cracks and pops, even with engine turned off and NO key in ignition.

Went to my usual guy, he opened up the side wells in the boot and there were about 3-4 inches of water.

He took out my amplifier, dried it, ordered some new rubber seals for the boot and put everything back. (Cost me about USD$1k)

Unfortunately my amps were never the same and now all the speakers on the right of my car have crackling noises, and is significantly softer than the left. (Settings have been checked)

So now i'm on eBay looking for something used to replace my existing amp.

I also wonder if the water damaged the bluetooth unit, because my bluetooth stopped working about 6 months after the spray. Could be a case where the slow accumulation of water damaged something? Does the bluetooth assembly have any hardware is those side wells?

Appreciate any help and guidance on this guys!

Note: I'm based in Singapore so it rains fairly frequently all year round.

There are three types of sound systems

There are three types of sound systems
and they use them across most of the series types.
Any hi fi amp should work across 06 to 2009 if it comes
from those years. 2011 onward for the e9x has a high fi
amp that's silver the older ones are black (06 to 09 )
