She's finally here F82 MW/SO ZCP

Happy to finally take delivery of a beautiful 2016 f82 M4. Wife and I picked the car up this past friday at PCD. WOW what a car! and Yes I absolutely love the CP wheels

Special thanks to David Aviles and Jimmy Bach at Steve Thomas BMW for helping us getting the car. Not only did they help us with getting a great deal, they were also there all the way with helping us getting the paperwork done for out-of-state sale/registration. They were always accessible to us and had a lot of patience for our numerous questions and our insurance agent through the process. At one point, we weren't even sure whether we'll be able to pick up the car on time due to package delivery issues on our side but they were able to expedite everything and we literally came down to the wire in terms of paperwork. Even the PCD delivery specialist mentioned to me that if it wasn't David who sold me the car, she would be quite worried by the fact that she didn't have the paperwork the day before delivery. I can't say enough about how professional and helpful David and Jimmy were through the whole process.

On to the pictures. Sorry about the iPhone pics but for now they will have to do

Congrats, car looks great! I'll hopefully be doing PCD late July/early August, whenever the car gets re-delivered from ED, can't wait. I also went through David for out of state and him and Jimmy have been awesome!

Thanks. Already have it planned (assuming they give me the date when my car comes back) the day before M school in October.

I'm hoping to get a slight clue on PCD day so I'm not super green newbie on M school day.

Thanks guys, the car really is great to drive and perfect for a daily imo.
Got the bimmer app and wifi connector, opened the flaps and the sound is great. No complains at all

I was thinking about getting that to try it out but didn't know if it was necessary with ZCP. I heard the flaps with ZCP are open much more than non-ZCP. From my ED trip, I kept the throttle in Sport+ 90% of the time, wondering if I would notice a difference with opening the valves or if they're already always open in that throttle setting.

Only time I can think it might make a difference is on initial startup. When I start the car in Sport+ it makes the initial roar, then get's a little quiet. Just takes a tiny tap of the throttle and it gets loud again.

very nice cars.

I am thinking about installing one of those lifts in my garage to put the supra on it. How do you like it and if you don't mind what is the height of your garage.

Mine is a little over 10' high, do you think I'll run into any problems

The turbo is such a beauty and your daily is pretty good too.

This car will end up being more fun than that car. It also looks pretty cool I get it doesn't have the engine in the back.

You are completely right. there is not much of a difference on the sound. However, the app allow you to make other changes like active sound and I think you can also pull codes.
