Where to attach portable compressor?

Hi guys...

I hope this is the right place to ask; I wasn't sure which would be the most appropriate forum...

Finally stepped up my game after too many flat tires and ditched my Hazard Fraught portable compressor for a Viair one. (I also have a Jeep so massive overkill isn't too silly.) It works great on my Jeep but I just realized that it has a maximum current draw of 23A and is protected by a 30A fuse. Is it OK to connect this to the jump points on my 335i if I have to, or is there a risk or blowing a fuse/fuse link if I do so? Any problem connecting it direct to the battery in the trunk? Thanks for any insight.
