The US only has Professional Navigation as an option.

Question Can you CHOOSE Nav Pro?

In the USA, do you get Navigation Professional by default, or do you have to explicitly request it? I have not seen an option; it looks to be Nav or no Nav.

Without doing a search I think the business nav only gives directions and arrows, but the professional nav has maps as well. There are probably other differences though.

Also, the bussines nav has a smaller display than the professional. I think it is 2 inches smaller or so. The arrows instead of the map is true too. The bussines nav is considered faster in response to the menu selections than the professional one, and to my knowledge the pro is made by Siemens.

The display size is silly to my opinion, they could give the same display size to both, the cost effect is negligible I believe. Still, I have bussines and in some extend I prefer it to pro, mainly because of the response time issue.

Also with bussines nav you get one dvd slot, while with the pro, you get two. In bussines, if you play a cd while using navigation you have to take it out occassionally and insert the nav cd to read the various info of your trip.

kudos
