Choosing an Exhaust Diffuser for the F32
It's finally that time to choose an exhaust diffuser. I'm fairly certain that I want to go with quad tips. I plan on getting the CG precision or meistershaft exhaust. So who has a quad diffuser here? I'm looking for one with good fitment for an F32. If I go with a basic flat black diffuser I'd like to get one I can paint to match body color, while leaving the center flat back. I'm also considering carbon fiber, even if its not real.
Need some suggestions! My main concern is fitment.

I got one, but this is part of my complete Bastuck quad tip exhaust. Never tried other brands. Depends on the diameter of the tips, if you would install 2x2x90mm or smaller you're be able to cut out the installed diffusor. Afaik Supersprint has the smallest tips.

Ebay has so many diffusers, its impossible to choose. Also, what are the thoughts on fake cabron pieces? I really want a carbon diffuser simply because I haven't had one yet. Is RW Carbon real CF?
I still am not sure if im going quad or dual tips at this point. I really wanted the CG exhaust but I can't contact them.

RW is real CF but be warned if you would buy your diffusor before make your decision which exhaust to buy...then the diffusor would maybe not fit.

If i decided to do a RW diffuser, what I then also need to buy the trunk spoiler and mirrors from RW if i wanted them? I am asking because I would want the carbon patterns to match. Is this true?

Depends on your taste and the size of your moneybag
I'd bought my CF spoiler and mirror caps via aliexpress and be totally pleased with them. Thus I got at my quad tips an outer diameter with 4", a normal diffusor would not fit because the standard tips have normally a dia. with approximately 3".

Correct, this is what it looks like with 4" quad tips.

I ordered this diffuser for my 32. Fitment is spot on, for the awe quad. Unfortunately, I don't have it completed to show you as awe shipped my exhaust without midpipe so now I'm waiting on that to arrive.

Be aware about purchasing from RW, have heard the fitment isn't the greatest. All I've heard, not bashing on them

RW Carbon has a CF and poly rear diffuser. The CF model has the ridging between the exhaust outlets, the mesh cutout, and it's $599. They have a poly piece too that looks good and is $280.
Ikonsport's is CF, no ridges, has mesh cutouts, and is $450. good price Mach 5's is $699, again CF, with 2 ridges and no mesh cutout. I saw a CF model for $1,400 US and don't remember the manufacturer. I'm sure it's a nice piece, but too much for me. Rieger's ABS-simulated carbon is, IMHO, kinda cheesy, but their gloss black quad tip diffuser looks good and the price is right. For the CF pieces, I would assume, although I may be totally wrong, you will need to manipulate the bumper to get the CF diffusers to fit. Laying CF is a lot harder than one would think. I have tried small projects for parts on my race bike and it gave me a new respect for how you would design and lay carbon, and when you're dealing with long curves, how hard it actually is to get it perfect, especially a final product that needs to fit into another piece. The ridges take time so because I prefer the ridges as it looks more like a diffuser looks, I can appreciate a piece with ridges. The bumper needs to come off (I have not done it yet) so just assume you'll need someone to help you manipulate the piece into the bumper. |

If you go quad and have comfort access the install can mess up your comfort access. Aliexpress - stay away from them. Bought mirror caps and side gills, very poor quality. The side skirt extensions COMPLETELY crap. Absolutely no figment. And the parts came damaged and quality was crap - edges were ragged and uneven. I tried working with them for refund but they locked me into "return product for refund". I wasn't going to pay another 90 for shipping back crap. My cc company is fighting it. Would never buy from aliexpress again.

This is the crap side skirt from aliexpress. The edges were warped. The other side came with crack from the box.

Cant confirm this. Bought meanwhile mirror caps, interior stuff and more, never failed, fair quality and good prices.
