Correct file format for YouTube Download?

When it asks me to choose a download format I'm totally in the dark as to what to pick. I'm wanting to store music on my flash drive to play back in the car. Can someone tell me what the download format should be?

I recently purchased my E92 and was trying to load music onto my car hard drive. I've only ever owned Mac's and the car wasn't recognizing the usb thumb drive. It was suggested that I reformat to Fat32, copy iTunes library and it worked immediately.
