Spacers for 18x8.5 et 35 with 255/40/18 help
I have 2010 335i xdrive 2 door coupe AWD and just purchased 18x8.5 et 35 squared Volk TE37SL wheels with Nitto 255/40/18 tires.
The vehicle has ST coilovers and originally was going to purchase 18x9 et 30 wheels and had established 5mm spacers up front and none in the back. Do the same rules apply with the changed specs or does an adjustment in spacers required. If so, are there any recommendations? |

In back, I have 19x9.5 +32 with 275/30-19 tires. I get an occasional small amount of rubbing with -2° camber.
Just looking at the wheels, you will have 16 mm more clearance than me, and your tires are skinnier as well. So to be safe you could go with something like a 10 mm spacer in back and probably be fine. |
