All the apps I have have been working fine except for Amazon music. They need to update their app with a bug fix I think.

None for me either - been using the iOS 10 since public beta 2 and had some playback issues when I selected random on my phone instead of in iDrive, but I think they fixed the issue since public beta 6.

Updating to add in addition to all the normal apps, conference call apps have no issues either. Also so far no issues with iPhone 7

I've had issues with the Spotify app communication between iDrive and phone. Sometimes Spotify shows up as an app in the media section but won't launch. Usually fixed by opening the spotify app on my phone and starting some music playing, then connecting via USB and then the spotify idrive app will work.

EDIT: Didn't have this issue on iOS 9 or early betas of iOS 10.

Actually I didn't see anyone say specifically they have messages working.

It seems mine isn't. This has been spotty at times for me, but with iPhone 7 and iOS 10 I can't seem to get messages to come through. I pair two phones - iPhone 7 and Galaxy S7 Edge. Only the Android messages show up in Office. If I disconnect the Android, the iPhone still does not connect for data. USB and BT streaming from iPhone work. I have iPhone as Phone 1 and Android as Phone 2. The notification settings on iPhone seem to be in order, but maybe I'm missing something?

I'm having issues with connected drive - the app (the latest BMW Connect) doesn't seem to be connecting to the car (no apps showed up under the Connected Drive menu when the phone is connected to the car via lighting cable)

As a result I can no longer play pandora or any other music app via connected drive.

Phone is also connected to the car via bluetooth at the same time. Bluetooth audio is disabled (got a warning says it's not supported?) - tried to re-pair the car and the phone but it didn't work.

iOS10 + iphone 6s + 2013 F30 (CIC)

There are so freakin many apps floating around. Are you using BMW Connected 3.0 (490.12)? Pretty sure I had some of the Connected apps working the other day. It would suck if your problem is because you have CIC. I wonder if they'd even address anything. My version of NBT seems to already be obsolete and end-of-life in their eyes.

Yes...I have the latest app. 3.0 (490.12)
It was working great until a few weeks ago. It seems like it's related to the iOS 10 updates.

My car is in service for the BMWAssist Retrofit today - I guess I will ask my SA about it when I pick it up. (but I doubt he will have any idea).

CIC sucks. I'm looking to retrofit it to the latest NBT once my car goes out of warranty.

I'm pretty certain your SA will say "We looked up your VIN and there are no updates for your iDrive". Then they'll have you reset/re-pair the connection and say "It must be Apple's problem" (and it very well may be)

Hi There, I have an iPhone 6 with iOS 10.0.2 & since updating the software, not sure if it's coincidence but I now can't hear or be heard when someone calls me. Had the car software updated but still no luck. The interesting thing is that it works when the car engine isn't on but as soon as you turn the engine on, it stops working. Any clues would be appreciated.

Whilst the BMW tech was helping me out he was able to connect his iPhone 7 with iOS 10.0.3 via BT to my car & worked fine

Also have the same issue. BT connects, telephone works, but not audio. Phone shows that the audio is being streamed to the car, but no sound is heard.

Plugging into the centre console USB port doesn't help too.

iPhone 7 plus w/ 10.0.3 on NBT Evo.
