Rear brake pad sensor snapped Help!

Hi just replaced my pads on the rear of my e90 330d and went to clip the sensor on and it snapped in half!!i need to get a new 1 but its too late today,do i have to take the caliper apart again to clip the sensor in when i get a new sensor tomorrow?thanks

No just take the wheel off and partial remove the fender liner to plug it in.

If you don't care for sensors (and do visual inspections regularly), you can cut the sensor off, strip the 2 wires and twist them together, put a small wire nut (optional) and tape it.

it just snaps onto the pad. no need to remove the caliper.
