Any success reducing smell with HF cat?
Curious if anyone has gone back to installing a cat to reduce smell and it's effectiveness?

Im guessing HF means high flow rather than harbor freight. From what ive gleaned from a few threads there are a handful of guys running them in the downpipe, no negative reviews so far and it sounds like it mostly works. Maybe not 100% improvement but IMO even a 50% improvement would be big.

Thanks for the feedback, but I do agree. If I can confirm a 50% reduction, it may be worthwhile. Last edited by dmanb2b; 10-07-2016 at 10:39 AM.. |

I did go with the Buzzken catted downpipe with Daves full exhaust. I cant compare between open pipe and catted but I can can tell you there is still quite allot of smell. So whether or not it helps I dont really know. I assume it does help a little.

It slightly reduces it.
