Tranny humming sound in idle, whine on deceleration

Folks, anyone knows what these are? On idle I get a 50% duty cycle humming sound kinda like pump goes on and off ... on 70 mph if I lift off the throttle get a whine, putting it in neutral on the fly diminishes the whine... I'm v confused

No it didnt use to do it before ... I remember when I drained and filled the tranny fluid, I couldn't get in the last Qrt, I'm gonna try and force that in .. Also for flushing I used Castrol 75w-90 european ATF ... I dont know whats causing it.. I flushed it again with ZF- lifeguard 6 fluid but castrol's still in the blood ...

Last night I tilted the car, opened the fill plug and fluid was still coming out, I started the car and went thru gears, and added a quart - whine is still there

Does it change with speed? Constant whine at any rpm?

Car should be level when filling. Just making sure...

It doesn't change with RPM, just a constant whine when fott is off the throttle at 70 .. at first I thought its differential but when you put the gear in N it goes away ... I'm getting so sick of this

Also, at Level it didnt't take the final Qrt in (measured 5.5 Came out, 4.5 went in)
