You have to select your parameters from a long list of terms some of them in German. You can select up to six parameters. Start monitoring them, then you will see a button that will allow you to log. Once you log, you can send the log to you (csv) or to Parvis and the crazy guys at iCarly central.

Could also get a Scangauge 2 and send it out to the company to get the firmware updated for the diesel. I have mine monitor boost, EGT and AFR and it removes the hassle of taking out your phone every time.

Not sure re ARF but for EGT, iCarly gives you a choice of seven parameters -- "EGT before the catalyst," "EGT after the EGR cooler," and so on.
