Wow, that stinks neighbor. Sorry to see that. Other than airbags, the damage does not look that bad?
Well if it is declared loss, let me know if you decide to sell the wheels. Darn snow came from nowhere this weekend. |

Hope your ok, anything unusual about the airbag deployment? These air bags are under recall. Maybe you can at least get some free replacements?

Maybe not. I rear ended a D-Bag taxi driver (he ran a red light) and it was a $15k repair. My car wasn't totalled. This was also 3 years ago so the value was different.

Not to get off topic, but were all our D's included in the recall? I have a 2011 and do not recall (sorry for the pun) any open recalls. Base sedan with nav/winter pkgs.

My SA specifically said that my 2010 base/nav was not included.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you are only allowed to strip aftermarket parts off the car and replace with OEM if the car was valued being stock. If it was valued with your add-ons, it would be illegal to strip them until you did a buy-back.
Just want to make sure you're not going to get yourself in trouble here.
