Cold air intake for 335d?

Ive been thinking about putting in a cold air intake on my 335d e90 . Ive heard mixed opinions on its but what do you guys have to say? is it worth even doing or should i not bother? Is there and advantage/disadvantage? Are there even any power gain from it?
