NC is an hour from my house....VA is 3.5 hours away.

I have the fortune of being about 3 hours from both the VA and GA events - but this one is much closer. I still have a house in WNC, about 45 minutes from the GA event site, which makes it easy on me.

Let me know if you are registered - I usually bring a tent, cooler and some chairs, and find a good vantage point for a guest or three.
